Chinese, 20th century, possibly earlier. Pair of rose medallion decorated lidded porcelain vegetable dishes with scalloped edges at top with floral and prunus fruit. Lids with scalloped edges and gilt accented acorn finial. Medallions on top and interior of dish with figural bird, floral and butterfly motif. Exterior with floral decoration on white. Unmarked. Height 4.2", width 10.5", depth 8.75". Provenance: Acquired by Mrs. Dorothy Edwards, Atlanta, Georgia in 1998
