Chinese, 20th century, possibly earlier. Porcelain lidded urn with teardrop form finial on domed lide above vessel with rounded shoulders. Exterior transfer decorated throughout with large blue peony flowers connected by all over scrolled foliate motif and similar banding on white ground hand painted yellow. Marked on bottom with blue mark under glaze. Height 19.5".
