Pair of two matching gilt bronze Asian Guanyin Buddhist deity sculptures or bookends. Each with bodhisattva seated in lotus position and holding water jar in palms. Crowned Goddess of Mercy with flamed accents at back and on a rectangular base decorated with scrolled foliates and character marks. Height 8.25", width 4.75", depth 3.5". Note: Alternate spelling of Guanyin are Quan Yin, Kwan Yin, or Kuanyin.
