English, 19th century. Mahogany wood drop leaf writing table with satinwood string inlaid decoration throughout. Rectangular top with two pull out drawers with circular brass hardware on front, back side with faux drawer fronts with matching pulls. Table raised on two inlaid bracket legs capped in brass and terminating on wheeled casters. Height 27.75", width 39", depth 28.75". Leaves measure 11.5" and 11.75". Provenance: From the Collection of Mrs. Dorothy Edwards, Atlanta, Georgia.
