Geometric accents on apron. Bracket supports on sides with additional inlaid lappets and string work terminating on wheeled casters. Turned wood cross support. Height 28.9", width 45.6", depth 27.75". Provenance: Christie's London, February 23, 1984 as Lot 103; Sotheby's London, July 8, 1988 as Lot 118; Christopher Hodsoll Ltd., London; Sotheby's New York: English Country House, April 16, 1998 as Lot 757 whereby acquired by Mrs. Dorothy Edwards, Atlanta, Georgia.
