A Philip Treacy reticulated acrylic op-art style headdress with a neon green glow worn by Lady Gaga in a fashion shoot photographed by Terry Richardson featured in the March 2014 issue of Harper's Bazaar . Gaga opened Treacy's fall 2012 runway show, which was his return to London Fashion Week after a 12-year absence, by proclaiming him as "The greatest milliner in the world."
