Typed at the top of the page: " Monroe Miss Marilyn / 480 Lexington Ave / New York NY / ARR 3 - 24 - 55 / ACC 191509 - C ." The charges include a balance forward, phone, room, restaurant and garage. Stamped paid on April 8, 1955. Accompanied by a Milton Greene signed Marilyn Monroe Productions, Inc. check in the amount of $1,035.36 made out to " The Ambassador " and dated " April 8 , 1955 ."
