The ball features 34 signatures including Lou Gehrig, Hank Greenberg, Bob Feller, Joe Medwick, Ernie Lombardi, Johnny Vander Meer, Gabby Hartnett, Arky Vaughan, Frank McCormick, Dolph Camilli, Morrie Arnovich, Bill Lee, Joe Gordon, Frank Crosetti, Lou Boudreau, Stanley Hack, Bob Lemon, Tommy Holmes, Paul Derringer, Mel Harder, John Sain, Bill Voiselle, Jim Hegan, and Ken Keltner. The baseball is additionally signed by Baseball Hall of Fame Inductees Walter Johnson and Tris Speaker; former MLB players Al Schacht, Bill McKechnie and Gene Bearden; former MLB franchise owner and promoter Bill Veeck; actor Harry Carey Jr.; then National League President Ford Frick; then American League President Will Harridge; and former MLB Commissioner A.B. "Happy" Chandler. Johnson was among the first five players inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame, in 1936, and Speaker was inducted the following year.
