A costume ensemble comprising a brown glen plaid wool suit with vest, white long-sleeve shirt featuring brown stripes, rust tie featuring blue and cream geometric pattern, together with a brown felt fedora, no studio label, inner brim handwritten notation in ink reading "Newman. " These costume pieces were personally selected by Edith Head and used in her fashion show to represent Paul Newman in the 1976 film The Sting .
