A Rudolph Valentino signed check dated November 1, 1921, and written in the amount of $350, to Neil McCarthy, attorney of Valentino’s former wife, Jean Acker. The unnumbered check is signed “R. Valentino.” It is drawn from an account at the Hollywood Branch of Citizens Trust and Savings Bank. Illegible notation at lower left. Accompanied by a photocopy of another Valentino signed check received by a Valentino fan from Rudolph Valentino Productions in 1928.
