A Russell Athletic brand San Diego Padres home jersey, game worn by legendary Padre Tony Gwynn. The Russell Athletic tagging on this jersey dates it to the 2000 or 2001 season, Gwynn's last in Major League Baseball. The white polyester jersey with blue pinstripes features the Padres team logo stitched into the front of the jersey in blue-on-white-on-orange tri-tone tackle twill. Stitched directly into the back of the jersey is "Gwynn" in dark navy blue tackle twill lettering arching over Gwynn's uniform number "19," also in blue-on-white-on-orange tri-tone tackle twill. Stitched into the front bottom tail of the jersey is a Russell Athletic "Authentic Collection" manufacturer's tag with additional flap tags reading "100% Polyester/ 48" noting the jersey size, and "2" Extra Length" tag. Stitched into the left sleeve is a Padres team logo patch. An unknown second patch was originally stitched into the right sleeve of the jersey that has since been removed.
