The black mesh jersey features Allen's uniform number "32" in silver tackle twill numbering on the front, back and both arms of the jersey. "Allen" is also stitched into the nameplate on the back of the jersey in silver tackle twill lettering. Stitched into the front tail of the jersey is a Wilson manufacturer's tag reading "Designed Exclusively for/ Prestige Teams." Stitched into the jersey below the Wilson tag are size "42" and "DR" flap tags. The back number "2" on the jersey is signed by Allen in black marker.
