A pair of Nike Elite custom basketball shoes game worn by Chris Paul while a member of the New Orleans Hornets. The shoes feature Hornet purple, Paul's number "3" on the heel, and Paul's initials and number "3" on the outside ankle. On the inside ankle of each shoe is a sewn-in number "61," which represents the age at which Paul's grandfather was brutally murdered while Paul was still in high school. In Paul's first basketball game after his grandfather's murder, he hit 61 points, one for each year of his grandfather's life. The right shoe has been signed by Paul in silver marker. Size 12.5.
