A white acetate satin EVERLAST boxing robe with cotton terry cloth lining worn by Evander Holyfield for his Heavyweight fight against Adilson Rodrigues on July 15, 1989 at Caesars Tahoe in Stateline, Nevada. The robe was worn by Holyfield in his locker room in advance of the fight and for his entrance into the ring. The robe features red lapels, cuffs and pocket stripe with a white zippered hood. In addition there is an EVERLAST logo stitched into the upper left side of the robe. Stitched into the back of the robe in red embroidered lettering is "Evander/ "Real Deal"/ Holyfield." Holyfield would defeat Rodrigues by knockout at 1:29 in the second of the scheduled 12 round fight.
