A sepia tone image depicting Babe Ruth sitting at the end of a long table hosting a dinner attended by friends and family. The dinner took place at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel at Waikiki Beach in Honolulu, Hawaii. Ruth has signed the image "Babe Ruth" in black fountain pen. The image is also signed by Ruth's family members including his wife Claire as "Mrs. 'Babe' Ruth." The photo is also signed "Judy Ruth," however this signature has been authenticated as coming from an "unknown origin." The photograh is dated "Nov. 3, 1933." The signatures were obtained in person by Clarence Y. Uyechi, who worked as a bellhop at the hotel in 1933 and also worked as a water boy for visiting Major League Baseball teams and players during exhibition games that were held in Hawaii in the 1930s, including the New York Yankees in particular.
