18K yellow gold, suspending a detachable heart pendant entirely pave-set with approximately 85 full-cut diamonds totaling approximately 2. 55cts., and graded F-G color and VS clarity, 1 x 3/4", with a rope chain necklace, 16", 10.2 grams. Loni Anderson wore a similar necklace in one of her films, and Burt Reynolds thought it suited her and thus purchased a larger version of it.
