An oxblood binder with gilt-stamped titling to the spine, containing business documents for Puccini Incorporated, including two documents signed in ink by Frank Sinatra dealing with the bylaws of the organization and the purchase of shares, dated September 5 and December 15, 1961. Also includes numerous signatures by Sinatra's manager and musical co-writer, Henry Sanicola.
