A smashed Les Paul Evo black electric guitar with broken headstock, signed on the body in silver marker by Nine Inch Nails members Trent Reznor, Alessandro Cortini, Aaron North, Josh Freese, and Jeordie White. The guitar was stage played by Reznor, who reportedly broke 137 guitars while on tour. Accompanied by a photograph signed by Reznor that shows him playing the same or similar guitar; a notarized typed, signed letter of authenticity from Luis Rivera, dated June 18, 2013, stating that the guitar was staged used by Reznor on June 6, 2006, at Nissan Pavilion on the With Teeth Tour; and a poster for the tour with concert ticket at the Nissan Pavilion at Stone Ridge on June 13, 2006, glued to it.
