A plaque gifted to Elvis Presley by his "Midwest Fans" during his 1977 summer concert tour. The wood plaque has a gold tone guitar and two gold tone plates affixed. The first plate reads "Elvis" and the second reads "Please take care cause WE care June 19-23, 1977" with the names of the fans who gave the plaque to Presley.
