A Skyway brand suitcase team issued by the Baltimore Orioles and used by Cal Ripken Jr. The grey tweed suitcase features a Baltimore Orioles logo patch stitched into one side, with Ripken's uniform number "8" applied to the top of the suitcase in white numbering. The suitcase features a three-latch closure with a combination lock at the center. A 19-time All-Star and two-time American League Most Valuable Player, Ripken is best remembered for breaking Lou Gehrig's record for consecutive games played, a record that had stood for 56 years and many deemed unbreakable. Ripken surpassed the mark on September 6, 1995, by playing his 2,131st consecutive game. ESTIMATE $300-500 Categories:
