A Nat Wise black bow tie and a black and white silk patterned handkerchief with double black stripe border owned by Frank Sinatra. The vintage Nat Wise of London bow tie is constructed of black silk satin and was worn by Sinatra during numerous live performances and public appearances. The vintage white and black silk handkerchief was a part of Sinatra’s personal wardrobe. These items were acquired from Sinatra’s personal costumer and longtime friend, Michael Castellano. Castellano began working with the entertainer in 1976 after replacing Sinatra’s previous personal aide, Eddie Fitzsimmons. Castellano quickly became Sinatra’s “right-hand man” and performed numerous duties for Sinatra while maintaining his stage and personal wardrobe collection. Castellano received these items as a personal gift from Sinatra prior to leaving his service in 1981. He has retained the item in his possession since that time. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Michael Castellano. Categories: Frank Sinatra
