A pinstriped wool suit worn by Tony Curtis as Louis “Lepke” Buchalter in the motion picture Lepke (Warner Bros. , 1975). The outfit consists of a dark blue pinstriped jacket and matching pants. Both garments have internal Western Costume Company typed labels that read “Tony Curtis.” This was a signature costume worn by Curtis as Lepke in multiple scenes of the film. Curtis also wore the suit in poster and promotional images for the production, which was based on the true story of the notorious mobster who headed the mafia’s “Murder Inc.” hit squad in the 1930s. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and a copy of the film. Categories: Tony Curtis
