Gibson Guitar Sclupture, 10 foot tall, fiberglass. Anita Wexler is a graduate of Parsons New School of Design and Bank Street College in Art Education both in New York City. Anita has exhibited locally, nationally, and internationally. Anita has enjoyed doing various public art displays including: Clowning Around Town, Sarasota, FL, Geckofest, Bradenton, FL, Kissimmee Main Street Experience, Kissimmee, FL, Orlando GuitarTown, Beyond The Wall Outdoor Arts Foundation, Tampa, FL, and more... The inspiration behind "Jewels" is multi-layered. First, mybest friend in the world, Julie; nickname, Jewels. Jewel, the singer/songwriter, as well as every holiday ever celebrated and the inspiration from my kiddies all came together to create "Jewels" the guitar. I stole, harbored, and "borrowed" toys from my kiddies and have been saving things found on the ground and at garage sales for years. In this guitar, you will find a ge nuine god heart, rhinestoned dollar signs, toys, found objects, and so much more to create a unique mosaic. Categories: Gibson Guitar
