Black and white photograph of Harry Houdini, signed in blue ink, Houdini Houdini, a Hungarian immigrant first met with little success in his magic career and would alternately play “The Wild Man” in the circus sideshow if needed. He hit his break in 1899 when his escape act caught the attention of his future manager. He began touring on the Vaudeville circuit. Houdini went on to become the world’s most well known magician. Inscription on photograph has been scratched out, and the words “Butler Chicago 35” have been marked over. 9 by 7 3/16 inches Categories:
