A two-piece pale yellow period ensemble worn by Loretta Young in The Men in Her Life (Columbia, 1941). The ensemble comprises a fitted bodice jacket that is embellished with soutache detailing and has three-quarter sleeves layered over bishop sleeves and a full hoop skirt that is trimmed with soutache detail at the hem. The skirt has a Western Costume Co. label that reads "Loretta Young 15187" and is stamped "S.GOLDWYN." There is also a large straw hat that is not original to the costume. Categories:
