A rubber stunt version of the rifle used by the Postman, played by Kevin Costner in The Postman (Warner Bros. , 1997). The original weapon is a Korean War era M1 Carbine with a birch stock, adjustable sight, and bayonet lug. This stunt version was cast off the original hero weapon and made of dense foam rubber around a metal stabilizing armature. The rifle has a brown leather shoulder strap detailed with leather and red string matching the strap on the hero weapon.
