A set of armor worn by Takezo Kensei, played by David Anders in Heroes (NBC/Universal, 2006-2010). The signature Kensei armor consists of layered metal plated chest and back armor, suede shoulder and sleeves covered in plates and chain mail with hand guards, a plated two-part apron to protect the legs, and a pair of shin guards. The lot also includes a facemask with an attached throat protector. The armor includes a set of adhesive-backed hard rubber appliances marked as "Kensei Armor Cuts" and likely used in the second season episode "Kindred" when Ander's immortal character returned from the battle of the "90 Angry Ronan" where he singlehandedly fought almost 100 warriors to retrieve the Fire Scroll from Whitebeard's fortress. Also included is an off-white silk standard flag with the distinctive Helix logo silkscreened on the face. The flag was originally seen in the opening of the second season when Oka's character was teleported back to Feudal Japan and in the middle of a battle between Kensei and Whitebeard.
