It has their name, date submitted, city and state, # of pictures received and if they were returned or accepted. When women submit to become a Playmate of Month, they may send in pictures, walk in, or make an appointment to be considered for the magazines centerfold. This book contains the records for the magazine—entered by hand—from March 1987 to June 1985.
