Wood plaque with inset metal seal of "Olympathon '79," Plaque reads, "Bob Hope. " This was given to Hope for appearing on the seven-hour live show hosted by Jerry Lewis and Sammy Davis Jr., filmed at the Desert Inn, Las Vegas in April of 1979 and aired on NBC.
