Rawlings 1974 Astro-Bluebonnet Bowl Houston commemorative football, signed by 60 players and Chuck Fairbanks, who was the Oklahoma head coach, but was there as a spectator. Founded by the Houston Chamber of Commerce in 1959, the Bluebonnet Bowl was played until 1987, usually featuring a Texas team against an out of state opponent. In 1974, Houston and North Carolina State played to a 31-31 tie, the only stalemate in the Bowl’s history, overall excellent condition. Categories: Bob Hope
