Fender Stratocaster in 3-color Sunburst finish, serial number MZ5176084. Signed "Bob Dylan" in black marker. In 1965 Dylan made his first electric recording. Up until that time he had been largely performing and recording with acoustic gutiars. This switch was criticized as a move against his folk friends and roots.
