Two reels 8 MM color film, 47 minutes, 45 seconds in length, Beta cam tape of this 8 mm film, Library of Congress copyright for 8 mm film On Set With The Misfits dated April 4, 2006 given to Stanley Floyd Kilarr, two dvd copies of the 8mm film. This is the only copy of an original two reel color 8mm film shot by amateur photographer, Stanley Floyd Kilarr, (1915-1995) who shot scenes of the stars and crew during the shooting of The Misfits (UA, 1961). Kilarr was part of the crew for the film and shot this film throughout the shoot. It features candid moments with stars Marilyn Monroe, Clark Gable, Montgomery Clift, Thelma Ritter, and other cast and crew as well as director John Huston working while the film is being discussed and filmed. This is the last completed film for both Monroe and Gable. Gable suffered his fourth heart attack just after filming was completed. The physical demands of his role in the Misfits is often speculated as having sped his death. The seller confirms that this property is sold with copyright, Julien's can accept no liability in regards to said copyright. Categories: Marilyn Monroe
