An original production script for Ridley Scott's masterpiece Alien (20th Century Fox, 1979). This revised final draft script is dated December 28, 1978. The script has been extensively drawn on by Scott with designs and thoughts on his ongoing production. The yellow card stock cover shows two detailed designs for the spaceship Narcissus, Ellen Ripley's escape shuttle seen at the dramatic conclusion of the film. The inside cover features a sequence of basic hand drawn original storyboards of the initial landing of the Nostromo on the planet. A quite remarkable insight into the visionary director's plans for his landmark production. This script has come from the personal collection of Alien producer Ivor Powell. Categories:
