An Imperial Guard uniform, first seen as the 3-year-old Pu Yi, played by Richard Vuu, is escorted to the Forbidden City to be named Emperor. The uniforms consist of heavy quilted navy rayon trousers and a quilted undertunic and skirt. The jacket and three-piece skirt are decorated with an Indian print gold metallic mesh fabric, trimmed in black satin and adorned with pressed brass pauldrons and pressed metal roundles. Also included are traditional metal helmets trimmed with stamp pressed brass relief, topped by a rabbit fur and horsehair with a balaclava style protective hood. The costumes are complete with a leather sash and attached handpainted, hard rubber stunt swords. Accompanied by a copy of the film. Categories: The Last Emperor
