A gold lame, full skirt with full net underskirt with metal- lic dot net fabric accents and shoulder detail. Worn by Midler with matching bodice as she presented the Oscar for Best Song at the 54th Academy Awards. Midler also wore this overskirt with matching gold lame bodice during performances of her 1982 - 1983 tour titled simply De Tour . "Originally designed by Norma Kamali, I did one of my 'fluffs' to it for the Academy Awards.
