A retractable 34-inch stunt version of the sword used by Conan’s mother, played by Nadiuska in Conan the Barbarian (Universal, 1982). This style sword is seen during the attack on Conan’s village by the warriors of Thulsa Doom, played by James Earl Jones. Conan’s mother holds Doom at bay with this style sword as she protects her son. The metal blade is hollow with a spring-loaded tip used to simulate the sword penetrating the flesh. The hilt is cast aluminum, and the grip is wrapped in leather. This sword comes with a certificate of authenticity from The Prop Store of London. Categories: Conan
