Serial number 01814549 - Gibson Special Supreme, custom made and hand painted with a portrait of Les Paul on the body. Custom headstock logo, super 400 inlays. This guitar was presented to Paul on stage during his 90th Birthday tribute concert held on June 19, 2005 at Carnegie Hall in New York City.
