A Johnny Cash handwritten note with short poem, one page, undated. The note is in regard to touring; Cash writes in part, "It's what I do. Its what I love to do…I'm proud of the show and the way we're doing it now." Cash also writes about a singer on his tour and signs his initials to a part of a song he may have written for her: "You gave me a long term dirty deal / I'm gonna let you know the way / I really - really feel / You're as rotted as a cantalope / Left in the August sun / If there ever was a bastard / you are one."
