A silver-plated formal ice bucket with glass lining that doubled as a Desilu staff golf trophy. Engraved “1960 3rd Annual Desilu Golf Tournament Hackers Flight Winner.” Like the annual Desilu picnics that Lucy and Desi hosted for their staff, the golf tournament was another way of creating a social outlet for the employees Lucy and Desi considered their extended family. This Desilu keepsake was presented in 1960—the same year Lucy and Desi divorced. Obtained from the private collection of William Cresant, who served as the Desilu Productions Controller.
