A Playboy costume, circa 1980s, merry widow corset style costume in purple with gold lame trim accompanied by collar with black bowtie, matching bunny ears and second floral pair of ears, tail and cuffs with single rabbit head logo cuff link, and black rosette hip name tag inscribed "Liz," two green garters with Playboy logo, Playboy playing cards from the Playboy casino and metal key charm given to a bunny after one year of service. The bunny costume was the first service uniform granted a patent. While the color and materials have varied as styles changed, the costume as a symbol of sexy has remained. The London Playboy casino was the most successful in the later years of the Playboy casino empire.
