A pair of documents relating to William Randolph Hearst. The first is a typed letter to Hearst from Richard Berlin accompanied by a file copy of a report regarding the potential divorce of Hearst from his wife. The document recounts a visit Mr. Berlin had with Mrs. Hearst and the discussions and potential negotiations for the proposed divorce. The second letter and document, dated December 8, 1937, from F.L. Lathrop, discusses the property owned by Hearst on the McCloud River in Northern California called Wyntoon.
