A group of approximately 98 original color transparency slides taken on the sets of the films South Pacific (20th Century Fox, 1958), Carousel (20th Century Fox, 1956), The Revolt of Mamie Stover (20th Century Fox, 1956), Bird of Paradise (20th Century Fox,1951), and Two Flags West (20th Century Fox,1950). The photographs were taken by makeup artist Allan "Whitey" Snyder. Slides show on-set images of stars including Jane Russell, Shirley Jones, and Mitzi Gaynor. Rights to the images will be transferred to the winning bidder. Together with four vintage black and white photographs from the sets.
