Elvis Presley’s winter dress military uniform. The uniform consists of a jacket, trousers, hat, shirt, and shoes. The jacket bears insignia at the upper left shoulder and pins at the left breast. A tan short-sleeve shirt also has insignia patches at the upper sleeve. Presley gave the uniform to director Norman Taurog by Presley upon the completion of G . I . Blues (Paramount, 1960). Presley reportedly told Taurog, “I won’t be needing this anymore!” Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Jonathan Taurog. Categories: Elvis Presley
