The jacket has a wide notched lapel, three exterior flap pockets and one breast pocket, single-button closure, double vent at back, and a satin lined interior. The jacket has three interior pockets and two sewn-in labels, one a Certo Beverly Hills label, the other reading “Custom Styled for Sammy Davis Jr. by Certo.” Matching flat front trousers have two front pockets, zipper, and button and hook and bar closure.
