The jacket has single-button closure, double vent at back, with two flap pockets and one breast pocket, lined in patterned satin. A label affixed to the interior welt pocket reads “Designed Exclusively for Sammy Davis Jr. by Sy Devore Hollywood.” Matching trousers with zipper and hook and bar closure, attaching cinching belts at each side of the waistband and two exterior pockets.
