A group of four Elvis Presley dental care card records from the office of Dr. Lester Hoffman. The records begin in December 10, 1957, and end on August 15, 1977. At the top of each card is "Presley, Elvis" and a listing of dates, services provided (including house calls made to Graceland), fees, and account balance. Handwritten in red at the top of the first card is the word "Deceased." Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Dr. Hoffman's wife, Sterling. 4 by 6 inches, each Categories: Elvis Presley
