A gouache on card stock illustration of the iconic Disney characters Pluto and Goofy. Painted by Pinto Colvig, best known for his roles as Bozo the Clown and the voice of Goofy. The illustration is inscribed "Happy Days! To Mr. & Mrs. Jerry Hausner from 'Pluto and Goofy' - Alias 'Pinto' Colvig, their vocal stand-in, Hollywood - 1943." The illustration depicts Pluto as larger than Goofy, and the two characters hold puzzled expressions as if perhaps contemplating the classic conundrum of why one dog talks and the other doesn't. 9 1/4 by 5 1/2 inches Categories:
