A gold-toned brooch suspending a round locket with metal filigree, unsigned. The locket opens to reveal three panels, each with black and white photographs of Lucille Ball's relatives pasted on them, and "LB" scratched on the inner lid. The photographs are of Ball's brother Fred Ball, her cousin Cleo Mandicos Smith, and her maternal grandfather Fred Charles Hunt.
