Brian Epstein's handwritten last will and testament, dated February 21, 1956. Epstein died from an accidental drug overdose on February 25, 1967, at age 32. Epstein became The Beatles manager in 1962 and is sometimes referred to as "The Fifth Beatle." In his will, Epstein requests that his personal items be disposed of by his father and brother, his clothing be sent to Israel, and his artistic possessions be given to his friend Brendan Garry. He additionally requested that no Kaddish be performed for him and that his family should know his eternal love for them. The will was unwitnessed, but it is the only known will Epstein wrote. Accompanied by a card typescript of the will with an image of Epstein. Please note that this item is currently touring in the GRAMMY Museum ® exhibition " Ladies and Gentlemen ... The Beatles !" and will not be available to the winning bidder until late 2016 .
