A brown coat worn by Burt Lancaster as Elias Wakefield in The Kentuckian (United Artists, 1955). The heathered wool tail coat has a two-button front closure and is lined in a tan acetate material. A Western Costume Co. label is typed “85-2451-2 Burt Lancaster 43 ½ ch. #2.” The coat is worn by Lancaster in several scenes, including when he is gambling on a riverboat. Costume design by Norma Koch. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and a copy of the film. Categories:
